Cancellation Policy
Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our warehouse, you won’t be eligible for cancellation. To cancel your order, email us at studioojs7@gmail.com.
If your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled, we will debit a cancellation charge of 2%. The balance amount shall be refunded in the same mode as your mode of payment. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on our payment gateway
Studio OJS reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Website and Studio OJS may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cancel any outstanding orders for Products. If your access to the Website is terminated, Studio OJS reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access of the Website. This Agreement will survive indefinitely unless and until Studio OJS chooses, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, to terminate it.
