Return and Exchange Policy

At Studio OJS, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we want to make this process as easy and transparent as possible. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Exchange/Return:

  1. Original Condition: The garment must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging attached.

  2. Notification: You must inform us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at contact@studioojs.com or sending out WhatsApp message on customer care at +91 8700956788.

  3. Discounted Items: Items on flash sale or clearance sale, are not eligible for returns.

  4. Exchange for Products: Exchanges for products are only available in terms of size and are subject to product availability.

 

Return Process:

  1. Quality Check: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.

  2. Refund in Studio OJS Credits: Upon successful completion of the quality check, we will issue a refund in the form of Studio OJS credits equivalent to the amount of your original purchase.

  3. Unique Coupon Code: You will receive a unique coupon code, which will be linked to the same email address used for your original order. The coupon code will be valid for six months from the date of issue.

 

Return Charges:

  • Rs.199 will be charged on returns for items below Rs.1500. (the amount will be deducted from the Studio OJS Store Credits)

  • COD charges are not included in item price

  • Returns are not acceptable for clearance sale or flash sale items.

 

Exchange Process:

  1. Quality Check: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our exchange policy conditions.

  2. Dispatch of Exchange Item: Upon successful completion of the quality check, we will dispatch the exchange item within 1-2 working days.

Exchange Charges:

  • Clearance/Flash sale: Any exchange made for the items purchased in clearance sale or flash sale is offered with the small fee of INR 199/-.
  • First-Time Exchange: We offer a free exchange for the items worth of value equal to or above Rs. 1500 (excluding COD) .
  • Second-Time Exchange: All second time exchanges are subjected to a charge of INR 199/-.

  • Exchange Using a Unique Coupon Code: Any exchange made for the purchase using a unique coupon code issued for a previous return will be charged INR 199/-.


    Cancellation Policy
    Once a prepaid order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase and the order has not yet been dispatched, the refund will be issued as store credit only. This policy helps us manage inventory and maintain efficient service.
